Which AI tools does it use?
The ones your business uses, on your own accounts. We set them up and configure them for your work. How each tool handles your data is set by its provider, and you choose the provider.
How do you keep the work accurate?
Every task runs through QA checks, your approval and a person's review. Like any tool, AI isn't perfect, so nothing important goes out unchecked. Fixes become lessons, so the team keeps improving.
Do we need SOPs?
No. If you have them, we use them. If not, we write them with you.
